"Looks like a premier inn but really mod and clean. We went to see Pink in concert and they had her music playing, themed drinks and cookies which was a nice touch. The beds were really comfy and lots of hot water. I didn’t like self check in but it probably suits most people. The lift to our floor didn’t work so we used the fire escape stairs, which could do with a clean but I would stay there again as it had everything we needed and really close to town, principality stadium and the railway. "

"I liked this place, it’s a convenient place, and the building is quite, staff are very nice, feel welcoming as well. Only thing is the wood floor inside does not feel really clean, I guess it’s the age. But the bedding had strong smell, smells like it did not dry up properly"

"I think the staff were second to none and were fantastic. Was taking my daughter to see Pink and they were so lovely to her. The bed and pillows were comfy and the breakfast was very fresh and tasty. Only negative was the room was facing queen street and i was woken up very early with them cleaning the street. Also, there was next to no shower gel in the room. Otherwise, it was a very enjoyable stay. "
