"Everything was perfect with our stay. This is a beautiful property and I appreciated having Gigi beach Restaurant right across from the hotel. We had to make ourselves go and try other food because we would eat and drink there everyday. Also, the private beach entrance is beautiful. The hotel has security all day at the entrance of the property so we felt safe coming home late."

"The staff at the Serendipity are great. Angie picked us up at the port and walked us back early in the morning on departure day, Anna served breahfasts, lunches and dinners in the courtyard, and they all helped to arrange tours. We did the kayak tour with Wesley and found it very enjoyable and informative. Also did a walkabout with Jonathan, which was lots of fun. Tortuguero was a very worthwhile place to visit, we would come back and stay at the Serendipity again."

"Overall we enjoyed our stay here. Pros: the room was very clean, the amenities (especially the pool) are really great, the staff are helpful, and the landscaping is beautiful. Cons: the rooms don't have AC so it gets very hot during the day. the walls are very thin so you can hear your neighbors if they are packing loudly. "This was an amazing property with lovely, patient staff, and owners who had an answer for each of the (many, many) questions we had. The area is beautiful and safe, and the owners make it a point to make sure guests are getting what they want out of a vacation. Thank you for nudging us to bike to Punta Uva, Eric.
