Hotel staff very professional and view is excellent, but the AC in our room refused to work and it stubbornly remained at 24 degree Celsius (75F. ) at night and we couldn't sleep well because the room was too hot. We had to call the hotel twice and waited for about an hour to get an engineer but he couldn't fix it.

This resort has the most amazing views and is in the heart of Carvoeiro! The pool and dinning were wonderful, that staff were all very friendly and the resort was spotless. It was also an easy 5 min walk into town and a 10 min walk to connect to the seven hanging valleys trail. Will definitely be back to this resort!

We absolutely loved our stay. The hotel has the most beautiful backdrop we've ever seen. I would add that our stay would have been elevated with firmer beds and pillows but I would still give this hotel a 5 star rating.
