"I really enjoyed my stay in the junior suite. My room was great and excellent value for money. Hotel staff were very nice and accommodating. Always seemed to go out of their way to help. The Restraunt was fine. The hotel is apparently quite old. However, I can see the hotel has spent lots of money and effort on modernizing it that I wouldn't even know. "My lovely wife Sherry & myselfstayed here for 2 weeks, while visiting family and sight seeing. the hotel is walking distance to stores & restaurants. very close to center of downtown Cebu. We had a secondary wedding vows and beautifully set up dinner with the help of the Hotel. The staff where excellent in every way helping with our needs... When I travel I want the best, I am very pelite when I ask for things,,, and I ask for a lot !! Really the Hotel Staff where Great. We will always stay...

"It was a fun and great time, we ended up staying about 15 days in this hotel. The only thing is though, the breakfast food were mainly with pork. There were so few buffet breakfast choices. Other than that, I love the spa, I like the coolness of the AC."

"The aircon in my room is leaking. I complained about this but they didn’t fix it until I checked out. My asthma allergy was triggered due to molds brought by the dirty aircon unit. The staff didn’t take action to move me to another room. But in fairness, the food presentation per my request and the delivery is very good. Kudos to the cook and the staff. "
