"Positives - great location Prompt response for minor issues from the owners Great front desk and service personnel Good accommodation for a bed get price with a kitchenette Direct access to beach is shut at the minute but another entryway is right next door. Very close Beach chairs and other equipment in the room. Not so positives A lot of weed smell in the hallways Cooking utensils can be replaced - all Teflon is gone . TV was on 24 hours in the neighboring unit Had two random loud knocks...

"Unique and quiet oceanfront property. Several messages to manager not answered prior to reservation date. On-site workers helpful, but did not speak English. No office, self check-in. Several electrical outlets in the room did not work. Evidence of septic tank failure. The morning sprinkler water smelled like raw sewage. Didn't see any turtles nesting but caught some beautiful sunrises. I would stay again."

"Stayed here during a busy weekend of cheer competitions. Bed was comfortable, couch table and chairs were just what was needed. Kitchen has bare bone items but I was able to eat meals easy enough."

"This condo unit was perfect for our big family! ( My husband, myself & our kids 12 & under. This 2nd floor unit is perfect & the balcony gave a perfect view! This was our 2nd vacation at the condo but 1st time staying in this unit! We absolutely loved how clean it was and came with everything needed for the stay! Thank you to Steve for the best communication & info for the area! We hope to book this unit again! Definitely 5 stars!"
