“Nous aimerions faire une’ reclamation. Nous avons paye une chambre premium avec bain hors nous n avons pas eu d eau chaude. Le personnel a tenté de réparer le problème mais sans y parvenir. “There was a party in one of the adjacent rooms and after complaining they alloted another room to us. Turns out that one of the drunks managed to open the room alloted to us and sleep in it and management could pretty much do nothing. Our 10 year old found out someone under the bedsheet when she walked into the room. Bed linen had stains in them and towels were not washedand had a brown hue. Great location near to the temple but this is not a place that families can stay. ”

“First of all from the checking in the problems begun to start. I booked at the price of 1150 and they told that they won't give me the room for that money and I have to pay 1600.i tried to contact hotels.com and couldn't find any numbers to contact.
