Really enjoyed the outdoor spaces overlooking the waterfront. Rooms were comfortable, clean and spacious. Staff was hospitable and the shuttle service was great

I loved the spacious, clean, comfortable room, comfortable mattress, balcony with a river view and rocking chairs. It is a very short drive to historic Charleston - 10 minutes or so. The amenities list showed a microwave but our room did not have one. The decor throughout the hotel and especially in our room was very bland and plain. I would recommend it for anyone wanting a clean, comfortable hotel close to all Charleston has to offer.

My sister and I really enjoyed our stay here. Clean and spacious room, very helpful staff, and a convenient and FREE shuttle that took us to downtown Charleston daily. Beautiful lobby and outside area with a lot of places to sit, read, work, and eat. The gym was also convenient.

This was one of the stops on our 2 week Honeymoon: 1. We expected a Hot Tub as advertised. No one could explain why Hot Tub was not working. 2. This was the most expensive room during our trip and it was also the smallest room. 3. I don't mind paying up for a nicer place, but I do NOT like to have an undisclosed incidental fee added on as well as a daily parking fee. Neither were disclosed when booking this hotel. 4. Of the six Hotels we stayed at during our Honeymoon the check-in time was at least twice as long?????
