Nice people and property. Beds are super comfortable. Bathroom got very wet every shower because of having only a half door. Water didn’t totally drain and stood in bottom. Needs more hooks on walls for hanging toiletry bags, etc. Very conveniently located.

The happy hour was great except for the first night the server only wanted to give my husband and I one small single serve bottle of wine. We went back for another but it was just tacky at such an expensive hotel. The continental breakfast was also great. There was no coffee maker in the room, no microwave and no refrigerator. We were on the second floor and the people above on the third floor kept us awake stomping around late at night and in the morning. We paid over twice as much to stay here as we paid for 4 nights in Spartanburg, S.C. They charged $25.00 a day for parking and we could have parked at a public lot for $20.00 a day had we known. There was no information about how to do our luggage in front of the hotel as the parking lot for the hotel was 2 blocks away.

EVERY staff member was EXCEPTIONAL! SUPER friendly and helpful in every way. Special thanks to Stacey, Q, Mike, and Darren! The hotel is beautiful and in a great location for walking to restaurants, shopping, and historical sight-seeing. Be sure to walk to Fleet Landing for great food and drinks! Also enjoyed the breakfast, wine (and beer) and cheese, and evening cookies. What a special place!
