Booked through Expedia, Expedia booked the wrong date. The hotel were unwilling to resolve the issue. Sent us away and said they would sort it with Expedia and email us with the resulting outcome but never did. Now won’t pick up the phone to us at all!

Hotel was pretty decent and the staff overall were good. Bit of a stretch to charge guests 5 pounds a day parking fee for an hotel well away from the city. The room was comfortable but the view was diabolical - looking straight on to hvac equipment. The worse part was awful level of noise of the final night making a much needed early night before a long drives lost cause. It was my second stay as this hotel but I doubt if there will now be a third.
