Handy location. All elevators but one were not working. Curtains in our room needed repair. When I searched for places to stay on Expedia, I checked the "Breakfast Included" box, but when we checked in, we were informed that breakfast was in the attached restaurant and would cost us $15 each.

Every elevator was down during our 5 days stay and we had to climb 4 flights of stairs every day with a baby and a car seats. They also had a fire citation on the door for this issue. Doing this with 3 children every time we wanted to come or go was very taxing. The owner provided mo compensation or other offerings for the inconvenience. I was offered a room on a lower floor, but it was a smaller room that would not comfortably fit the family and they would not refund me the difference in price. The pool was closed and the refreshments in the lobby were not inviting or good.
