Will never go back here. I specifically called around hotels to see which ones had adjoining rooms and this one did. They told me how to make the reservation to get the adjoining rooms with 2 different room types. We are traveling with a family of 5. They assured us we had it when i called back after thr reservation was made. I EXPRESSED HOW IMPORTANT THIS WAS. I even called back the day before our arrival to confirm and was again assured. Well of course we check in and no adjoining rooms. They were rude about it and seriously told me to cancel my reservation and go find another hotel !!! I traveled from MN by car on Memorial Day weekend and you expect ME to try to find another hotel are you kidding me, seriously??? I expressed my displeasure to the employee who didnt care. They didnt even offer to refund me any money. It was EXTRA for the room types we had to get the adjoining ones which we didnt get. The air didnt work and another couple was complaining about it when we checked in. It was extra to do the valet because I asked how long it would take to get our car and they said 15 minutes. Well of course I called for my car and it took 40 minutes even though the text back said 15 so we are all waiting in the lobby Forever!. Time is imortant on vacation. Also what hotel doesnt have hand towels to use for washing your hands ? We had to use a wash cloth but you only get 2 so then you wash your body with that same used wash cloth? Ugh just all around terrible and ridiculous.

It was a very pleasant 3 night stay at this hotel. Conveniently located in the heart of town with walking distance to a lot of shopping, dining and attractions. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room in excellent condition with separate sitting area. Mini bar with fridge and coffee maker. Sleep was ok not sure if mattress didn’t work for us had some minor back pain. Other than that all was great.

Traveling with a 5 year old, we felt safe all the time. The majority of the staff was really friendly and they were quick to come repair the hotel safe that wasn’t locking. The only downside was that it would have been more convenient if they would offer room service and not have to go pick up at the restaurant on the 4th floor.

VERY BAD !The property is very badly maintained. The bathroom kept flushing and running all night. It looks old and very bad. The rooms are very smal , we a a comer suit and we could not walk in the room with sofa bed set up. The door for the bathroom was broken and didn’t slide. VERY noisy. You could hear everything in between rooms. We had a towel with a blue stripe when all of the rest were white.. The parking lot is 3 blocks away, the car took over 20 minutes to be delivered , we texted and they never responded. Not a good experienced
