The property charged $49 a day for amenities which were nonexistent. The front desk did supply 6 bottles of water/cans of soda and discount vouchers for some of Chicago's attractions. Most other hotels supply those without charging almost $50 a day. No Gym, no in house dining, inadequate supply of towels shampoo/conditioner etc. Room service did not make up the bed or clean the room. Train line right outside the window.

Mixed Bag: This hotel is adorable and the cleaning staff is exceptional. However, watch for their “benefits” package that sounds like you can opt in, but they automatically “give” it to you—for 50 bucks extra a night. I did not receive any hotel perks listed and in fact, in the three days we were there, we hardly ever saw anyone at the front desk, and calls were not picked up. I felt a little swindled.
