"The staff was so attentive, friendly and helpful. One of several examples involves early morning coffee. Instead of going to the self service area I found myself at the restaurant. The staff was preparing for the morning guests. When I asked where the coffee bar was, they could have directed me to the location, which would have been fine. Instead, one of them stopped what they were doing. She cheerfully brought me a cup of coffee and cream. That kind act made my morning. There are other...

"We choose this hotel as a stayover after a long day at Kings Island. The facilities and room were excellent, as was the provided free hot breakfast. The room was clean, spacious, and relatively quiet on the night that we stayed (a Saturday). The area seemed safe and quiet. The only downside to our stay was that it was a little out of the way from Kings Island, but not too bad. "
