「When this property was first built they would enclose the pool and hot tub area so that it would have an indoor pool and hot tub but we were disappointed to come this time and it was not enclosed and the pool isn’t heated. The wind off the ocean makes it very cold. We stay at Ocean Enclave in November 2023 as well and they didn’t enclose the pool area either. It was very cold and uncomfortable considering the amount of money spent for the stay. 」

「Check in was simple and easy, parking is in a lot half a block across the street. Room interior was as described, balcony was tiny, barely enough room for 2 people. Kitchen was very small with almost no counter space. Stove and oven was tricky to figure out as all the markings on the knobs have worn off. Property was ok, small basic pools indoor and out. Good place for 2-3 people max. Access to the beach was good. Overall I'd give it a low 4 overall.」

「Just stayed one night but hotel was beautiful and views were amazing, oceanfront, listening to the ocean is the best sound. Only thing I would change is the shower floor, slippery. 」

「Absolutely perfect for the price. Right across the street from the beach. Check in and parking was a breeze. Everything was stocked and cleaned so well. Nice hot shower with great water pressure. I’d definitely stay agin」

「The rooms were pretty good, kitchen was stocked but needs some TLC. There was 1 pan but it was unusable so we had to buy our own. Spatulas need to be purchased as well since most of them have melted tips. Beds and bedding were nice and comfortable as was the living room. Great balcony!」

「Front desk was amazing at handling any questions or issues. Only complaint was having to keep going to the front desk about housekeeping. We would even take the garbage out and they wouldn’t replace the garbage bags and had to ask for wash rags and towels almost every day 」

「The location is good , people work there is good but room have bed bugs me and my kids get bit first night. The Room sink is leaking and tv remote is not working i have to do laundry washing everything and buy bed bugs spray our suitcase waste one day do nothing and move our stuff to different room my kids already sleep we have to carry kids to different room is 9:00 pm is exhausted do all the work when we on vacation. 」

「Bathroom wasn’t cleaned well. The plugin socket covers were loose. There’s a need for updates. 」

「3-night family vacation stay. 5 minute check-in with Emma, no issues very professional. Room was ok a little dated but clean, no daily housekeeping which was fine, extra towels/etc no problem to get. Room was clean, pet friendly but mainly on 1st floor no issue with pet fur/allergies. Breakfast was meh, just waffles, cereal, bagels no eggs/meat. Overall stay quiet had a lot of elderly tourists no problems. Would stay again only complaint pillows were flat.」

「Country and the staff went above and beyond to fix and replace the TV in my room the first night i arrived. They turned a bad day into a great one and gave good recommendations on where to eat and enjoy the nightlife. This is my second time staying at the Midtown Inn and i would stay again if I'm ever in Myrtle Beach. Easy access to the beach and the downtown area.」
