The room was average we checked in late very late it was ok we paid $50 deposit instead of the $100 because of the late arrival my daughters went to use microwave it looked like it hadn’t been cleaned EVER.. the room was ok elevator is sketchy only can hold two people at a time, the room served its purpose after a long drive heading from Philadelphia to South Carolina.

Pros: The room we stayed in was nice and clean, as was the check-in area. Our room was spacious and had a microwave and full-sized fridge. The bathroom was small but functional. The hotel was right by a Cracker Barrel and within walking distance of a Burger King, Subway, CVS, and Indian grocery store. Cons: The walls were thin and we could hear people talking in the hallways even though they weren't being loud. Google and Expedia said breakfast was included but it was not. Conclusion: The hotel was a good deal for roughly $78 for 1 night and was nicer than I expected based off the bad deviews I read.

It is disheartening to learn that you did not enjoy your stay and that the rooms were not properly and thoroughly cleaned and maintained according to the high standards of our housekeeping and maintenance staff. Please accept our sincerest apologies for the lapse in housekeeping service and cleanliness that you experienced. While we do not allow guests to smoke in non-smoking rooms, it occasionally happens that they do and your feedback will help us to address the issue more effectively. We continually strive to ensure that our rooms are cleaned and ready upon the guest's arrival and we appreciate that you've informed us of a need to address housekeeping policies and procedures. Did not have the king bed room available at time of check in. Had to take two double beds. Shower did not see too clean, floors not mopped very well. Loud banging in middle of night of door or something not quite sure.

The front desk person was polite & helpful. The bed was comfortable. The shower curtain had mildew stains. There was a lot of caulking around the shower faucet. We were just needing a place to stay overnight & didn’t want to spend a lot of money. Not the worst hotel I have stayed in. There was no sign on the property to let you know you were at the correct location.

So the only negative thing would be the room has a heater that you have to turn on manually and nobody mentioned that so the room was freezing till I found out myself that there’s a heater by the window
