I loved the location and the view. I thought breakfast could have been included and the bedrooms are very bland as are the hallways.

The Palace Hotel was in excellent location, close to ferry terminal, shops and restaurants. Rooms had beautiful view of Cathedral. Breakfast was excellent.

Central to getting around Lake Como and around the Lake due to its proximity to the boat taxis just a short walk. The room service food was delicious and everyone we talked to at the front desk was very helpful.
