The desk clerk checked us onto our flight fro the next day and got us seats together. He even printed our boarding pass. The staff also helped us with a map and directions and loaned us a converter. They seemingly would do anything to help us. They were outstanding ‼️

Had a superior double room and it was spacious with comfortable bed, with a courtyard view, not on the street. Bathroom was small but nice. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Good number and positioning of electric outlets. Refrigerator good, not loud. Generous late check out policy, and allowed us to leave luggage. Easy to reach by public transportation from the airport. Great location, close to many attractions (Nyhavn) and restaurants, and also to metro lines. The one improvement would be to provide a sheer curtain for the window so it could be open to let in light but not occupants feeling exposed. We would stay here again.
