"Place was mostly as described on website. Location is not great, but once inside the apt you kind of forget. The big challenge for family or group consisting of mor than 5 members is the fact that apt only has one bathroom. Other than that I recommend this affordable apartment. "

"The location of the property was perfect. We have a large family and all were renting homes in the Elmwood Village area. We were very close to my neice who was getting married. My three daughers were all in the wedding party, so that proximity was important. The beds were comfortable (Even the futon!!) and the cleanliness of the home was impeccable! We would definitely come back and rent this home again in the future"

"Very convenient (7/10 of a mile) to marathon weekend activities at the convention center. Lots of great restaurants within walking distance. We stayed in the lower unit of the duplex. There were upstairs guest as well and we didn’t hear them at all. The unit was clean and comfortable. I especially loved the comfort bed and the white tea shampoo (my fave scent!) "I really enjoyed this property. The gym/pool table room was huge! And so well equipped. The bed was very comfortable and kitchen was modern and also very well equipped. Couches comfortable. Shower/jacuzzi was a little quirky. Water came out HOT or COLD. No warm or jets. Maybe a house manual would help! But overall AWESOME! would def come back!"

"Location was great! Neighborhood was nice and good for walking the dog. Property owner was responsive when items were needed for the rental. The entire rental needs a deep clean and some more seating for the TV room. Maybe a few upgrades to the furniture, appliances, kitchen ware etc."
