"Great hotel, nice rooms, amazing pool, close to the market and Adamanda water park. Kids loved the games room with PS5. Nice roof pool with great view of Phuket. A very clean hotel and lovely staff. Only one thing, the rooms need time to cool down so i would advise to take two room keys and leave one in the room so it cools down for the night. "

"We stayed in the heart villa #44. There are only great things i can say about this property. Pictures online dont do this villa any justice. A must see and a must book. You wont be disappointed. Celine the property manager was by far the best to work with. Always there to help. We will be back one day and i hope Celine is still here. "We loved our stay here! It’s small and quiet yet convenient. There are no onsite food services, just snacks in the lobby, but other nearby hotels will actually deliver food to your room if you want room service. There are several restaurants, a pharmacy, convenience store, places to get a massage, etc. within a quick walk. We especially loved to seafood restaurant around the bend (Au Yon Seaside Restaurant) and going to the hotel to the right (called My Beach Hotel) for breakfast. Its easy to...

"Noting the air conditioner in the single room off the end of the pool stopped working on the second last day which meant for a difficult sleep on our last night. Otherwise everything was excellent and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Would recommend the villa to others. "
