"No air con in either room so again we had to open windows and be savaged by mosquitoes. Really not good service. Breakfast was yucky and you are rudely told to leave the keys at reception if you go out only to find they entered our room and moved furniture around while we were out. Wouldn’t stay there again!"

"La casa è molto comoda con ampi spazi, dovrebbe essere solo manutenuta un po’ meglio e essere fornita di qualche accessorio in più , perché è davvero una casa carina in una posizione strategica, a 5 minuti dal mare, vicinissima alla zona pedonale ma appena fuori dal rumore del centro. Nel complesso ci siamo trovati molto bene."

"A pleasant stay about 12-15 min walk from the beach. The kitchen is a little tight if more than one person is trying to use it. We stayed in the winter, so we couldn’t rate the pool. Parking was straightforward and the hotel is quite convenient to Rimini’s airport. Bed was reasonably comfortable. Staff was very friendly."

"We stayed in a one bedroom apartment with a side seaview and two small balconies. The apartments are minutes from a lovely beach with plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby and a small grocery store around the corner. The kitchen had everything we needed but no kettle ( we used a pan) or tea towels or dishcloth. The apartments have a carpark a short walk away for €6 per day but we managed to park on the nearby streets for free during our stay. We had no problems with night time noise and slept...

"Thin walls, people partying in the halls all hours of the night, dog barking all hours of the night in the hallway, lobby, apartment next door. Coffee machine in lobby not working. Maid and girl at check in were nice. Other than that, no service. No response to emails or phone calls. Charge for use of kitchenette contrary to Hotels.com listing. Great location."

"Very clean, the hosts provided basic cooking necessities and towels and were great with answering our questions and being easy to contact. It doesn’t have the best view but that’s okay if you’re out exploring all day. Thanks for having us!"

"We (a family of six) have just spent a week at Via Montescudo, 126 and had a fabulous time. The house is great, plenty of room and charming throughout. The jewel in the crown is the swimming pool, of course - we spent many a happy hour in the water, on the sunbeds and chilling in the cabin. Then there is the town of Rimini itself, which was a revelation to us: wonderful beaches, restaurants, bars, shops, buildings, streets - it has it all. We found the simplest way to get to it from number 126...

"Hello, we stayed here for our vacation with two children. Overall we were very satisfied...kitchen could be better equiped but other then this everything was really fine. The staff was really great, every time we were passing around they were smiling and helpful. "

The warm September weather allowed us to enjoy the pool, as well as the sauna. While a bit far from Rimini center, proximity to a couple nearby villages provided many local restaurant choices. And finally, Luca was quick and very attentive to our needs and questions."

"The apartment is located 100 meter from the coast. It is close to grocery shops and other shops and restaurants. The beach is wide open for children and adults. There are places to visit along the coast and San Marino and other interesting towns like Urbino. With a big garage with room for two cars it is ideal for travel. The unit is loaded with towels and sheets, full kitchen utensils. Two bathrooms. Detergent for wash and kitchen wash and toilet paper for a good start. What more can you...
