“Great stay, the hotel is perfectly located between Central Jo'Burg and downtown. Staff were very friendly. Food was great, nice big portions. Communication regarding airport transfers could be improved. There was a confusion as to whether the hotel had shuttle transfer or not. Ended up getting an Uber.”

“Room is very nice and spacious, we have a wrap around balcony where we have coffee every morning. Bathroom is also spacious and always clean with a nice tub. My issue was the curtains are not thick enough so one can see through the bathroom at night when lights are on. So we had to take a shower in the dark. Cindy at the front desk is a rock star! She helped us every step of the way. ”
