Only good thing i can say about this hotel is the convenient location and friendly receptionist. Everything else was terrible especially hygiene & cleanliness . My room wasn’t clean. Funky smell. Stains and dust were seen almost everywhere. Mainly in the toilet, cabinets and remote control. Hair in the bath. I couldn’t put any of my stuff down because the furniture was dirty. Had to use a plastic bag as cover to use the remote. The mini circular cartons of milk for the coffee/tea making station were expired & dates were clearly not checked. I have never seen a dirty room like this in all my time of staying at a hotel. I paid almost £200 for 1 night. Definitely not worth the money and i will not be staying here again. Very disappointed.

Un lugar cómodo, el staff muy amable, me guardaron mi equipaje antes del check in. El trato muy bueno. La habitación limpia, calientita, con tv. El baño en buenas condiciones. Está entre la ciudad nueva y la vieja, así que puedes caminar a donde quieras. Adecuada relación calidad/precio

Our suite was very a taco restaurant that played music until midnight but didn't bother us too much. Staff super helpful, location brilliant! Rail link and buses fab! Would recommend
