Staff was efficient and friendly. Room was clean. There is no elevator at this hotel. Room is very small. Bathroom was very small.

This hotel is for one person only. The room is toooo small. No room for luggage, no room for two people, it’s very small. The shower and toilet are literally together.

I asked for a quiet room but was given an incredibly noisy one. Only single-glazed, it faced directly on to all-night-busy Princes Street - along which ran trams, buses, trains, & ambulances with sirens etc. I got no sleep at all. Also, my bathroom floor flooded from below every time I turned the basin tap on. My nightmare room was no.1.8. Maybe other rooms were less horrible? I won’t be using this hotel again.
