The lobby and elevator to the parking smelled entirely of weed as if someone smoked in the building, our room was clean but the lobby and elevators were pretty gross the staff were ok the guy who checked us in took way to long to check us in but was really friendly just chatted way too much and the lady who checked us out tried to charge me extra for a charge she couldn’t explain

The vending machines dont work on either floor. Ice machines only work on certain floors. No house keeping for the entire stay which was Monday to Thursday. My daughter was there from subday on and no cleaner. Garages in hallways was over full. Guest would put there garabage in hallways and thats where it stayed. I was checking out earlier than i had planed and the lady at the desk was helpful to get that all done for me.

Upgrade extra for 2 free drinks of the worst cheap wine you’d ever have, and the most mediocre “hors d’oeuvres” which consists of sliced cheese and meat and 5 old crackers. Hotel will tell you for 25$ a night they are offering discounted parking when in reality if you pay for 24 hours on the hangTag app it’s 15.75$…. What a joke that is. Random extra charges added when checking out, 250$ went to 375$. Stay elsewhere!

Staff was very good and the area is extremely unsafe. We witnessed too much around the area and walked to breakfast as incredibly unsafe as well the parkade feels quiet and unsafe.
