「The WiFi is free but pretty much not accessible. Wifi signal is very bad. There was no hot water for shower due to some malfunction and was not able to fix it for 5+hrs. Although the hotel is located in suncity mall, but that mall is pretty much deserted. More than half of the stores are closed.」

「One of the most Exceptional hotels I ever stayed at and i travel all over the world. The staff was amazing, very helpful, super friendly and fast. Food was authentic and exquisite. 「So this is a charming house and the room I had was just lovely. However, there was a hiccup at check in. I was not shown around the property rather told about wifi and then told my room was upstairs. As this is an old villa, one would expect to be shown the different areas. Okay no big deal.
