"Perfect location in historic Middletown. Our daughter stayed over night to be our driver to graduations. She recommends a circulating fan for the basement bedroom! Apparently, we, at the age of 83, kept the house a little too warm!"

"This is a very solid VRBO. Pros: - Location is excellent; right in the downtown Sharpsburg next to a yummy ice cream place. It's easy to drive to and from. - Parking was good. "This is an amazing house for a large family or a few families! Plenty of space to spread out both indoor and out. Would definitely stay here again. 1 minor downfall - the beds are not that comfortable. Besides that the house was fully stocked and lovely!"

"Beautiful property with lovely views! We saw a fox, deer, and geese. Nicely secluded, but still close to major cities and great base-camp for sightseeing in the area. Upstairs can get a bit warm, master bedroom mattress is very firm (some may not like that), and 3rd bedroom mattress was uncomfortable according to my college aged daughters. Overall fabulous stay. Owner communication was great too! My husband said he would buy the property if it came up for sale."

"We really enjoyed the property. It was clean. Internet worked well. Washer and dryer was nice. Too cold to enjoy the hot tub for me. My suggestions are a new shower head, thank goodness I didn’t have to wash my hair. The flow is too spread out and not enough to efficiently rinse as you shower. Second is a cheaper Kcup machine would be nice. Traveling with ground coffee is not really ideal for a quick trip away. Third thing I suggest is two beach towels (minimum) for the use of the hot tub.
