"This is the perfect retreat if you are looking for a spacious location close to Sequoia National Park. The place is cozy with a beautiful patio with hot tub and fireplace, which is great to relax after a day of hiking! The home has all the amenities you need and feels like a home away from home. James was great in communicating with us before, throughout and after our stay. Would definitely recommend!"

"We enjoyed our stay, the location was great not too far from the freeway but far enough away you were not in the “city”. The owners were very accommodating to us. They even had toys for my three year old to play with outside. The outdoor playground was great. The trailer was well kept, and ready for us when we arrived. It had a large cover on top to help it when it was sunny. We were happy to find this gem for our 4 night stay. I would book with them again if I return to this area."

"Erika's house was just about as advertised and definitely met the needs of our family while we were in town for a wedding. However, several small issues added up to a less than desirable stay. We arrived to find puddles of water on the floor near the laundry area and cleaned it with a towel. We then discovered that there were only enough towels for the 4 of us (no hand or kitchen towels) including the one for the floor. "We traveled to Clovis for a swim meet and stayed in the property for two nights. It was incredibly clean and well appointed. It did feel like any more than 8 guests would have been too tight. Overall though, an outstanding stay for our needs."

"The property is not huge but not to small. Fit perfectly with the 2 kids and 2 adults staying at the house. Right down the street from target and restaurants. The house is a brand new build with new construction still building around. Beds were comfortable and sheets were clean. My only call out is bring your own butter or oil to cook. They have the necessary pans and plates but not enough cooking essentials. Luckily the pans are non stick so I was able to make it work. Also no cleaning supplies...

"The property is delightful. Small and compact but very efficient. It was just my husband and I and our Golden Retriever. Kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils, but very little for spices. So if you plan to cook there you might want to check that out. We have stayed in quite a few VRBO's and the access was the easiest we have ever had. Plus the owner was super reponsive."
