Excellent vacation.
The Villages is a wonderful place and we played a lot of golf. The house was very good and the location was perfect. I will definitely recommend this house and hopefully will we come back.

This is a very nice place and the owner was super helpful and nice. The golf cart was an extra bonus and it was great doing some riding around the neighborhood in it. The neighbors were very friendly and also gave us helpful advice. We both enjoyed the house a lot.

wow what can I say what a lovely place very well maintained and well stocked all appliances worked as they should. We had a small problem with the a/c the owner was right on it and had somebody out to fix it the same day.. If I where to visit the villages again I would definitely stay here again

I would stay here again. Overall a great place. 2nd bdrm closet needs to be sorted out so not so many items are in there. More room for guests to hang and store their items.

Great Duval Rental
The rental in Duval was everything we needed. Golf cart added a lot of fun. Appliances all in good working order. Owner was very helpful. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this rental! Just a glitch with the entry code which was solved promptly. We prefer key entry for this reason.

The home was as advertised on VRBO. Check-in process was clear and easy. Owner was responsive when we requested more supplies. The home was centrally located in the Villages and near major thoroughfares. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking and eating utensils. The washer/dryer were modern and in good shape, as was the included golf cart. We would readily rent this home again.

Relaxing and Quiet Neighborhood
Fantastic Location. The patio villa is very comfortable and easy access to all amenities. Neighbors very friendly. Our purpose of 26 days in the Villages was to find a second home. We were successful to buy a house .04 miles from 1390 Bunker Lane. We highly recommend vacationing here.

Quiet Neighborhood
We found the home to be very clean when we arrived and everything in order. The kitchen has ample dishes and cookware to meet most needs. TV is set up for streaming. Although a nice golf cart is part of the rental, we did not use as we were very busy while staying here. However the community is very golf cart friendly and you could use to get to restaurants and the grocery store. Cart paths in the community are extensive and busy during the day. We didn’t have any issues with the home during our stay. Communication with Jim (the owner) was easy and he was very responsive. If desired, golf is available for a price but the courses are very busy and the tee time system at the Villages takes some effort. Not our cup of tea so we played a few times and then played other courses in the area. We did not visit the pools or rec centers but those are nearby. Overall, it was a good stay of about 2 months. Thanks, Jim, for letting us use your home while we were relocating.

Everything you need!
When I lived in The Villages I owned this same model so I felt right at home. I came at the wrong time because of Covid I didn't go to the squares but I did go to one restaurant. I played a lot of pickleball, and went for walks. It was very relaxing. Being alone I am used to cooking with a toaster oven, it would of made it easier if there had been one there but over all the place was very nice!

Duval Villa
We had a very good experience staying at the Duval Villa. The owner was very prompt answering our texts and was very helpful. The Villa was a great place to stay. The Villages are a little intimidating to get around but by the end of our stay we finally had our way around somewhat figured out. Lots of round abouts to drive through.

Two week test visit to The Villages
Property was as advertised and the golf cart really let us experience what it would be like to live in the Villages. The house is a villa located in Sandhill. It is in the middle of the villages between Lake Sumter and Brownwood town squares. Quiet area with limited traffic or noise. Property was nicely furnished with many thoughtful amenities. Nice to be able to go to the local pool at Duval for a quick swim and enjoy the afternoon. Would recommend this place to rent. Would love to stay here again.

We truly enjoyed our stay here while we were house hunting. We used the grill a number of times, did some laundry and the golf cart was great! Nice place for 2-4 people.

Nice House. But Needs Deep Clean
The house was very comfortable with a good tv system, large tvs. Very good wifi and very comfortable king sized bed. Good air con.But lot of dust in areas as if house was empty for while. Some areas were grubby and stains on bedding. Lot of hair in main bathroom. House also needed information on area. Perhaps more thought on what is left to help people. For Golf Buggy Trails whats on etc. We felt like we were dropped in ocean.

First time renters
The hose was everything that was listed. We were very pleased that everything we needed to enjoy our stay was in the house. The home is located in the center of The Villages and using the cart that came with the rental was very nice. There is a pool just down the road and three golf courses within a six minute cart ride. We used the app to follow the cart paths to explore and play golf. This is a very nice house for 2-4 people to use.

Living The Dream
