Good location for cruise terminal
Rude lady at reception. Had to stay away from main hotel down a dark alleyway a small apartment. Got bitten several times in the room

Hotel close to MSC cruise port.
We cruised on 06-10-17, walked to the port from the hotel. Clean, staff was great. We were in a third floor but have to go up the stairs from the second floor to the third. One person helped us to get our luggage upstairs. It is not a fancy hotel but it is OK for 1 night.

Value for money close to station and harbour
I arrived after midnight and was greeted warmly despite not giving them any warning of my late arrival. Very good room, nice and clean, breakfast was very good. Shower was a little bit small and decor a bit outdated but hey excellent value for money absolutely no complaints. Easy walking distance from station and harbour where tourist bus leaves from which is a big bonus.

This was only a one night stay but consider it basic accomodation. Booked for 3 people but found it quite cramped for space. Wouldn't recommend it for families

Not a nice location
Walking away from the station and high street area in the direction of the hotel felt like a trip into bandit country and increased our vigilance. The hotel's neighbourhood seemed seedy and entry through the door gave the sense that it was not out of place. Dated furnishings and a worn bathroom (shower door hanging off) did nothing to lift the gloom. Overpriced, even at the budget end. Certainly one to stock up on provisions before dark, lock the door, get your head down and be thankful that it's just for a one night stopover enroute to nicer places.

Totally unexpected
This hotel is no even close to what we expected, arrived and while waiting for check in, there were women entering with their customers in front of my wife and kids, very smelly place, parking is very limited but possible, front desk people really friendly

Not a great location
Definitely on the wrong side of the harbor. Expressway and ferry port are right in front of the hotel. Run down neighborhood, didn't feel safe at night. Building is part hotel and rooming house, it appeared. Paper thin walls, listened to neighbor's TV most of the night. No Internet in room, just in open area on the floor. Hotel has a lift and a decent espresso machine in the reception area.

This hotel was exactly as we expected. It was an upscale hostel with adequate beds, a shared bathroom/toilet down the hall, sink in the bedroom and a decent breakfast in the morning. We came in on the train late at night, got up and walked to the Leaning Tower (20+ min. walk) and then left by train. It was a 5 min. walk from the train station which was very convenient.

Hôtel basique, avec hôtesse d'accueil très peu souriante, il y a les poubelles dans le hall d'entrée pour vous accueillir... Vraiment cher pour ce que c'est. A ce prix là j'ai vraiment connu beaucoup mieux...

Non venivano a pulire la camera prima delle 13. Nel bagno mancavano la sbarra porta-asciugamani e la mensola della doccia dove appoggiare shampoo e sapone. Nel complesso, assolutamente da sconsigliare.

Non lo consiglierei a famiglie
Abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura solo per una notte. I gestori gentili e disponibili ma la camera ha lasciato a desiderare. L'arredamento era vecchio e spartano, lenzuola non proprio nuovissime (con qualche buco) e l'aria condizionata andava pochissimo e non era regolabile poiché la centralina a muro aveva i tasti rotti. Nel corridoio della struttura e nella camera vi era un odore di alcool (pensiamo utizzato per eseguire le pulizie giornaliere della stanza) molto forte. Forse sarebbe meglio utilizzare prodotti igienizzanti con profumi più gradevoli. La colazione rientra nella norma.

Bekvämt beläget litet familjehotell. Uppfräschning har gjorts i det lilla badrummet. Men som vanligt i Italien saknas bäddmadrass på resårbottensängen. Mycket hjälpsam personal. Enkel men ok frukost.

Hotel situato in zona stazione Principe, vicino al porto...quindi zona molto rumorosa. Comodissimo per raggiungere porto vecchio e acquario dove siamo andati a piedi. L hotel non offre comfort ma è pulito e le camere sono standard. Per chi come noi cerca una sistemazione a genova per solo una notte per visitare acquario lo consiglio.

Con solo abrir la ventana teniamos de vista 2 cruceros. Esta en el puerto. Por fuera no dice lo bonito que es por dentro. A 3 cuadras de la estacion de tren y de omnibus larga distancia.

Boa surpresa
O hotel surpreendeu positivamente. Esperava menos e encontrei um lugar organizado, bom quarto, bom café da manhã, me deram ótima dica de restaurante. Raro caso em que a realidade é superior a propaganda.

Leuk hotel, vriendelijke mensen werken daar, dichtbij de bus/metro en trein station. Je bent zo in het centrum. De familie kamer is niet heel groot, maar ook zeker niet klein. Wij hadden het slechts in gebruik voor het slapen, we waren elke dag op stap dus de kamer was prima Ik raad het iedereen aan, leuk dat de stapelbedden in dezelfde ruimte is, leuk dat we allemaal bij elkaar lagen en elkaar zien, gezellig hoor, tot laat nog bijkletsen;-)

O hotel é bom, quarto limpo. Para quem viaja de trem, a localização é excelente, pois está bem próximo da estação e dos principais pontos turísticos.

Vi var överraskande nöjda med rummet som var stort och rent. Området som hotellet låg i var kanske inte det bästa men det var i alla fall nära till stationen. Personalen gjorde sitt bästa för att prata engelska vilket vi uppskattade. Frukosten hade gärna fått innehålla mindre sötsaker.
