TV wouldn’t work, water wouldn’t get hot, the room wouldn’t cool down, was given the wrong directions twice, and there is no phone in the room to call down to ask for assistance. The only way this motel received a 9.2, is if they have bots entering in fake reviews.

The hotel was great, central location, nice breakfast. The best part was the staff—Michael was wonderful and Kyle was amazing at describing where we should go for the day we were in Glasgow. We really appreciate his advice and feel this truly lent to a great day out for us!

Our room was very comfortable and had a great view of the city life below. Very walkable to shops and restaurants and the staff was very friendly.

The room was the smallest motel room we've ever stayed in! We could hardly get our bags into the room and there was basically no storage space. We arrived around 1pm, too early for check in but they were very accommodating at storing our bags. We came back around 4pm to check in and it was very busy, it took about 20 min to check in. The motel was very clean and in a very convenient location.
