"The house was great. Convenient to Gettysburg, roomy, very nice house/cabin. I really like the upstairs bedroom with it's own bathroom. Bathrooms were clean, the upstairs one was a low entry. Had a nice laundry area. Only a couple of things were a drawback. The screened in porch had not been cleaned or aired out. It was unusable. The grill area is feet away from the septic, my husband who is a plumber used to the smell would not use it. The lawn in the back had not been mowed so using the fire...

"Our 2nd stay at this beautiful quiet cottage - last time was in 2022 and since then the owners have put in a new deck, new kitchen appliances, and coffee bar. Spotlessly clean as before, everything well kept up and in working order, and (what we love best) a beautiful quiet location. Close to Chambersburg stores & restaurants but you can easily spend the day enjoying the peaceful surroundings from the front deck or thru the front windows. Loved it, loved it, loved it and hope to get back again."

"Weekend visit with three generations (ages 19 to 83), weather wasn't very cooperative for outdoor activities, but we very much enjoyed the screened porch (and designated extra blankets for outdoor seating) and ping pong. Kitchen is well-appointed, comfortable beds in bedrooms, spacious enough for people to gather together or find a quiet spot. Clear instructions, easy check-in/check-out...lovely home."

"Very cute cabin and beautiful stream. Watched an owl fly up and down the stream. It was very peaceful and relaxing. View through bedroom windows was beautful. We all had a wonderful time. Owner was very nice and responded quickly to questions prior to visit. Would book again."

"Nicely appointed and cozy "cabin" with ample room. Appreciated the dog friendly policy and the ramp entrance to the porch. We visited in August for a quick weekend get-away that wasn't too far from home in PA. We brought our 10-year dog, and she loved the easy access and environs! Enjoyed the hot tub and porch to watch the wildlife. Perfect balance of feeling "getting away from it all" yet being close to recreation opportunities and Berkeley Springs. Thank you!!"
