"At check in I was asked for a card to charge me $50. They mentioned $3 a day fee and incidentals. They couldn't clearly explain this. I paid it. Upon check out I was nicely told by someone else that this $50 would be refunded once check out was complete. It was back in my account that afternoon. However, the $3 a day equaling $9 was then charged to my card. I just would appreciate all fees charged up front at time of payment instead of a surprise at the check in desk."
