"The people are absolutely nice! The listing has a number of misinformation. 1. It says property is connected to a Shopping Centre, no! It's a residential house with rooms to rent. 2. The room I had booked was a room with pool view but the one given had no view at all. If you open, you get to see wall, if you want air-conditioning, none. The listing also says you get the whole property to yourself, no, you just get a room with no room amenities at all. Food is okay, breakfast was good."

"The house had a very typical Cuban style and is very nice and we’ll taken care of. It’s situated in a poor neighborhood but VERY safe as well! It was amazing waking up in the morning and jumping in the ocean, as well as in the night, the place is just gorgeous! The food is another experience in itself, sooo good! "When we arrived we were told there was an issue with the toilets and could not check in to the villa. This was after a long flight at 9pm!! Whilst waiting, other guests arrived that told us they had booked the villa and were allowed in!! Clearly these people are con artists. Took over an hour to cancel and rebook a hotel in Havana. Ruined our holiday. Do NOT book at any cost."
