"Staff were super kind and helpful - I was travelling with a small child and they really went out of their way to help, even cooking him a separate breakfast (unasked) when they saw he was struggling with Japanese food!"

"We needed to be closer to the train station and this property was only a short walk away, which was good for us. The location was also good for accessing buses that took us to some of the tourist locations we enjoyed. The room is a little dated and we found some mould on shower curtain and tiles in bathroom. We were also disappointed that advertised ammentities such as gym and pool were not available. We stayed in eight hotels this trip to Japan and paid the most and got the least at this one."
