"My husband and I wanted a quiet place to decompress. Hillbrook Inn was a perfect place. It was so quiet and in nature. The food at the Inn was also excellent. Definitely will recommend this inn to anyone just to do nothing and be in nature. "

"The Lily Garden B&B has a literal lily pond garden right behind the repurposed barn which encloses the actual rooms. The Carriage House room which we rented was great - bigger than a hotel room with lots of local flavor, but was also clean and functional. Owners live next door and are responsive to needs. "The term "hotel" is a little misleading as it is more like an inn where there is no hotel staff onsite. An innkeeper greeted us to check us in and give us a tour of the property. The room was very clean and comfortable. We also visited the onsite restaurant, which was lovely. The food was excellent! Unfortunately, there were no real options for breakfast in town and no shopping or entertainment. If you stay here, be prepared for a quiet night in."

"Loved the fact that the inn is old and historic. Room was great. I’m a sports nut and downtime on weekends i like to watch some college football. Be forewarned, there is no TV. Which ends up good as you can hear conversations from the room beside yours. I didn’t care for the music from the barn behind the property although it did end at a reasonable hour. These are small things but I tend to be sensitive to extraneous sounds. "

"We stayed at the James Buchanan Hotel during a trip to whitetail for skiing and the hotel was my favorite part of the experience. It was cozy, clean, and they even upgraded our room. It was so much fun to go to the pub in the hotel. The manager of the pub was so attentive and polite and everyone made sure we had a great stay. I can’t say enough nice good things about this place and I hope we will go back someday soon!"

"Beautiful property, quiet, and very spacious. This property had everything we were looking for in a getaway. My family enjoyed our time together here. We did have a power outage and I let Tony know as soon as the power went out. He was quick to respond and even gave updates. Loved the communication from Tony throughout our whole experience. Definitely would stay here again and at another one of his properties."

"Had a great time at this property and were able to take advantage of the screened in porch and fireplace. Neighborhood was very nice and checkin was easy. They were very accommodating for the three dogs that also visited the property with us."
