"I thought this was a terrific condo and the perfect location from which to finally explore Watercolor and the entire 30A. We used the bicycles for hours a day (I recommend opting for a basket and headlights), being able to walk down the steps and pedal away was so convenient. We were also just steps away from the Beach Club, boardwalks to the beach, the too-adorable shops and FOOW (Fish Out of Water restaurant). "Beautiful condo with large balcony. Immaculately clean. The building only has 24 condos so its not crowded at any time. The loft bedroom is a very cool touch. But, be aware that there are lots of stairs from beach (about 30 to condo) and this unit is on 3rd floor (another 30-40 from ground to 3rd floor) and then another 12 stairs to the loft. "We enjoyed staying in this Grayton beach historic home. There is a lot to love about this quirky cabin. The Grayton shuttle makes this location more desirable as they pick you up and drop you off right across the street. The drivers are friendly and helpful - a wonderful service. I’m not giving a 5 star bc the kitchen is lacking and so is lighting on the back porch. The washer and dryer are outside making it difficult to do laundry in the dark or in the rain- the only time i want to do laundry....
