"ANA Crowne Plaza Hiroshima was a fantastic hotel. We were able to store luggage prior to check-in and the staff were most helpful with any questions we had. The room was very big for Japanese standards, with plenty of options inside the hotel for dining - but be advised, you will need to make a booking ahead of time. We went up to the rooftop beer garden on the night we checked in and it was all booked out. The hotel is quick five minute walk from the Peace Park/Museum and the ferry to take you...

Only problem area is check in- we left bags, ca me back at 3, room not ready, told to wait , they forgot us do in end went up to reception again and they had the key ready but not told us. Always lots of people sitting waiting to check in and it seems two people on each terminal…and they struggle to sort stuff on the system… our breakfast booking had to be queried…. Why is this ( and other members of the group) the only one where we seem to always wait ages at...

"Awesome location for visiting the historical sites such as the Peace Museum, park grounds and A-Bomb Dome. We were a little disappointed that for a triple room, it was very compact and the cleaning could have been improved on. Because the beds were squished in so much, it would have been challenging to vacuum effectively and it showed. The layout of the room was odd as well, with the sink for the bathroom located in the room itself, making it difficult to get to when there was no other space...

"This property is more for people with older children or adults. I had three kids under 8 and the loft area wasn't the safest idea for sleeping or playing. There was also basically no storage for bags. The kitchen area wasn't really realistic to cook in, but it was a uniquely designed space in which if my family was older I think would have worked out great."

It’s well located, close to the castle and shopping, as well as being on a major boulevard with tram connections to Dogo Onsen and JR stations. "walking distance to Hiroshima Station. Decent size room and good layout. The building is close to train tracks but not noisy. Daily room service. Needed to pay $150 yen per person per night for onsen on 10th floor even if you don’t use it, still a great deal! Easy check in/check out process. Overall had a great experience and stay.
