It is a good hotel, l good stuff with a good view and pool. The only thing it doesn't have a beach area around. You have to walk for a while to reach the beach area.

This was our second time here. We were a little disappointed this time. The pillows are absolutely horrible. Super flat and small. There was black mold in the shower. The room we were in was kept up pretty poorly. I think this is our last time staying at this resort. The magic is gone for us. Overall it was decent, but they definitely are lacking

First time staying at the hotel and it was awesome for the most part. JT at the bellhop/valet was a joy. Branden at the front desk was great as well. Room service was superb along with the pool and deck bar. My only complaint was the "spa" which was really a hotel room with two massage tables. For the price, I could have went to another hotel in Waikiki and had a better experience all around. The masseuse although nice was not what I would imagine for a 4-5 star hotel spa. At one point he even burped loudly when he wasn't talking. I'm use to going to a spa that's serene and quiet. Although I would easily stay at the hotel again, the spa services would be a hard no.
