I was closed to the airport. I got there late and the receptionist was able to extend my check out time to 11:45 AM instead of 11:00 AM. She was nice and was very pleasant.

They didn’t have the room we booked and had to down grade to a different room, no refund offered for difference between room types. We didn’t have enough towels in the room for all guests and we went to front desk to ask for more and there was no towels at all available. The room was ok for a night after long flight. Pool area nice and restaurant very good and service here much better than front desk.

This hotel is completely dirty I saw bugs under the bed . The hotel had to change me room 2 times due to dirty nasty disgusting sheets . I pulled the sheets back in one room it was a chip on the sheets a yellow stain and black hair on the bed . Got sent to a second room hair and linen all over the sheets please look elsewhere.

TV not working. Moved to new room and that TV not working. A/C was spotty as to providing comfort. Wife say room smelled old and outdated. Staff were accommodating, but no maintenance after 4 pm. Guess that’s why rate was low.

Staff was friendly but when I arrived to my room there was water on the floor, mini fridge was broken, microwave smelled like old food, my door didn't feel safely locked, bar soaps been used, and soap dispensers in bathroom were not attached to the walls properly. My experience there was highly unpleasant I just decided to go somewhere else for the rest of my stay

My fight was delayed and I couldn’t be there the day I was suppose to be there . I called them to let them know that I was going to arrived the following day . When I finally got there , I found out that the reservation had been cancelled . To get another room I have to pay more . Also the hotel offers free breakfast but is not free you have to buy breakfast if you want to eat there .

I asked the front desk repeatedly to do something about the people yelling in the room next to me late at night (after 1am), and they said they would, and they didn’t. It was also much more difficult and time consuming getting from and to the airport. Lame!

We picked this property because it was close to the airport and we were leaving very early the following morning when we arrived there were a number of shady characters outside sitting on benches when we went inside we find out that the elevator was broke and the only way to get our luggage up to the second floor, which is where our rooms were was by carrying them we were taking a trip of course we had a number of luggage pieces. We were all in our 50s and 60s, which was very inconvenient to try to get up all the stairs when we arrived on the second floor we find the carpet was riddled with debris look like Fritos chips, etc., and a pair of men’s underwear stuck under one of the doors and then we noticed a number of doors into rooms had underwear and different towels stuck under to eat them , then we smelled the odor of marijuana putting two and two together we realized that that was the reason they had things stuck under the door so that the smoke wouldn’t come out We felt very unsafe, but we had no other place to stay other than our vehicle. This was our worst experience ever at a hotel.
