"The staff was fantastic. The Family Room upgrade was unexpected and greatly appreciated. The room was huge and the beds comfortable. The location was convenient to walk uptown for Times Square and downtown to have lunch in the West Village and Union Market. I would not hesitate to book this place again or refer it to friends and family."

"Overall it was ok but the rooms could be cleaner. Also, their air conditioner is very loud. During the day you don’t notice it that much but during night is really bothering. It would be nice if they had anything for kids too. Some workers were not very kind. Other than that it was easy to access the bus station to go to NY and the area is pretty safe. "

"The room and beds were good but i didn't enjoy the bathroom. The shower didn't have a door and water kept splashing out and wetting the floor. The water pressure on the bathroom faucet was too much and we kept get splashed. The bathroom was definite negative. "
