「Good environment! Can see Inverness castle and the river right in front of us! The room is nice and well equipped! The breakfast was running out at 8:30am so we couldn’t get much. Not worth to buy breakfast if you get up after 8am. 」

「Welcoming staff, comfortable rooms and great breakfast. 」

「We had problems with the air conditioning and they couldn’t fix it for a couple of days, we had to move to another room later in the evening the next day and then the next room had a leaky shower, the bar and restaurant staff were exceptional, everyone was very friendly and the breakfast was really good, parking was close but not included. The bar staff were super helpful and kind 」

「Had a very pleasant stay and have stayed here an numerous occasions. Noticed a few cutbacks have been made eg a charge for use of towels In leisure centre, no bottled water in rooms . Overall happy and will Be back . 」

「Room was just above the restaurant. Room smelled like fish. Breakfast was ok.」

「Nothing wrong with it except that I was suppose to be booking a Best Western Hotel, but while it is indeed a Best Western, they put me in a another small house next to the main Best Western building. There are 4 rooms in the small house and is 30 seconds walk away. It does not feel like I am living in a Best Western hotel.」

「很棒的區域，有很美麗的建築外觀與河景，但畢竟是老房子，暖氣設施應該更加強，這次的住宿差點把我冷死，不過最令我感到不舒服的是，房間地板有點傾斜，可能跟房子老舊有關吧！」

「Fruendly staff and good room」

「房间太小了。家庭房，把沙发床打开后，基本就把房间占满了，比图片宣传的空间要小。房间很干净，早餐随选择不多，但准备的很用心。服务人员耐心热情。入住退房都很快捷。紧邻购物中心，加油购物吃饭都很方便，不必去市区。」

「A bit dated and in need of repair on the outside. Lots of space inside. Rooms basic but clean. Lots of parking. Breakfast tasty ,but could do with some fruit options. 」

「Great hotel. Food was good and staff friendly. Rooms more than comfortable and could not hear any airplanes even though the hotel is basically in the airport. Second stay here where flying through Inverness. Very close to train and an easy walk.」

「地點很好，在火車站對面的路走一段就到，飯店另一側面對河。 當天訂面河景觀房間，但check in說沒有，飯店人員說不知道為何我們訂得到，有升等到二樓房，但沒感覺很好，房間有點味道，清潔度不好，浴室不通風，有味道，房間空間很小～ 早餐內容很簡單，6：30-9：30是用餐時間，不到9：30蛋就沒了，也不會補，水果感覺不新鮮、但房間內有冊子說是6：30-10：00。 不像4星飯店～ 櫃檯人員白天的服務態度佳，晚上check in的那位普通～ 非不得已不會想再來住」

「酒店不論是地理位置、員工、早餐、淋浴設備及床鋪都很好。 惟房間隔音太差，我經常在房間都會聽到隔壁房間在講話，隔壁孩子在跳來跳去的聲音也很清楚。有人在走廊上走動，樓上房間的人在走動我也聽得一清二楚的。 但整體而言，這酒店除了比較吵這個問題外，還算舒適。」

「Es un hotel muy lindo, nos hospedamos en una júnior suite con espacios muy bien distribuidos y una vista muy linda de los jardines. Habitación muy espaciosa. El staff muy lindo y cooperador. Importante mencionar que no hay elevador en la propiedad. Es un hotel que está en las afueras de Inverness y es muy silencioso. Sin embargo es necesario para llegar a cualquier sitio turístico transportarte en vehículo.」
