"The facility is in a beautiful location. It is very clean and well-maintained, and the staff is well-trained, friendly, and accommodating. When I checked in, I did not realize that I booked a room in the "port area," which is basically rooms for people who bring their dog(s). "Right across the street from the train station. Undergoing some exterior construction (?) with scaffolding outside but did not see any workers or experience any noise or inconvenience. "Located in the mist of shopping street with many food options around. It is well connected by buses and trams. The service was great and the room is new and nice. The slight down sides are that the room is slightly smaller, and the hotel is located quite a distance from the train station (about 20mins walk)."
