We brought to the attention of the hotel staff that there was no hot water in our room for our entire stay on the night before we checked out allowing the weekend to pass thinking the cold water was because the hotel was busy. But come Monday morning when we checked out there was still no hot water. Hotel refused to give a small refund for the unconvience

Great property. Area is not very convenient but it is easy access to NYC and the actual hotel was excellent. No comment on breakfast as we did not pay for it.

Nicely located property with reasonably easy access to public transport. The staff were super friendly and except for the shower which had 0 water pressure, everything else was fantastic. Can’t beat it for the price.

I like the upgrades on the property and rooms, they assigned me a room with view to the roof machine of AC. They have enough room available to assign me something better. Parking was empty.

2 days in a row, house keeping failed to clean our room. On each instance, the front desk refused to acknowledge their error and refused to send cleaning staff to replace towels. Avoid Best Western.
