Location was good because it was close to the bus stops but the staff were not friendly at all. They made it seem like we owed them a favour from the moment we walked in, they just had a chip on their shoulder. Even the cleaning lady was getting mad at us and giving us attitude because we requested a late checkout which had already been approved the night before. Bed was comfy but the staff just killed the mood for us. Will definitely not stay here again, for the price, I rather go to a place where staff is going to be friendly and pleasant to be around

The staff would not hold doors while we had 6 pieces of luggage between me and my Sister. NO ELEVATOR! Dirty and lack of amenities. The picture on the website was NOTHING like the facility. Worst hotel experience of our lives.

The toilet kept running.There was no water pressure in the sink.The toilet paper holder was broken.The light in between the 2 beds was broken.The phone was not hooked up to the cord. Overall I was not impressed with the super eight motel

Awful. Dirty. Broken tv. Staff did not fix it,help or care. Floor was filthy. Tub was filthy. Furniture was filthy. Totally unclean Staff was awful. Unfriendly. Did not address our concerns. Would never go back. Would never recommend to anyone.

Upon my arrival to room I noticed black hair in tub, spider web in corners and it wasn't swept because there was an amusement wrist ticket behind bathroom door. When I complained to staff, front desk stated there wasn't anyone in facility that could clean. I then changed room and noticed bugs crawling under a bed after checking cleanliness. I had to take video of surroundings. I was too tired to leave after driving from Virginia that day. I have stayed in many Super 8 hotels and very disappointed with this one. When I mentioned the uncleanliness the next morning the staff seemed uninterested and unapologetic.

I stayed only for two nights but in that time my toilet clogged from its first use and they told me they were coming up to just lie n never show up. Also my shower clogged shortly later and began filling with water just for me to complain once earlier in the day then again when we realized nothing had been done then again later where someone came up just to tell me there’s nothing they can do and not offer any type of compensation or any help at all

Terrible. I would never recommend to anybody, room was disgusting upon arrival and asked for a new room and the worker continued to argue with us and tried to charge me more for a new room. Then stated he would give us a refund for the two nights and then we asked for one and he claimed we could only get refunded one night because we “pulled back” the bedsheets to look at the STAINED bed and look for bed bugs. Staff was very rude and wouldn’t let us contact the manager and did not give me my money back. Room was so stained on the bed and everywhere, stunk, and we found bugs.
