Very well maintained and beautiful. There were lots of fun activities for families such as basketball, shuffleboard, cornhole and tennis. The pool was of a perfect depth for our family and umbrellas and chairs were plentiful.

We enjoyed the location, and the property itself was nice. We liked the space we got with the one bedroom- it was great to have a full kitchen. HOWEVER, there were bugs (small and large) everywhere in our unit. They seemed to live in/under the countertop. The unit also smelled like they tried to remedy the bug situation with chemicals (our best guess as to what the odd smell was), but were clearly unsuccessful. It wasnt the worst experience I have had while traveling, but if i were to return to Kona, I would look elsewhere to stay.

All the amenities were close. The golf course and ocean provided excellent scenic views. The rooms were good and the kitchen was very functional with lots of counter space. Very quiet and tranquil.
