Property was clean and the pool was a plus for days you didn’t want to go to the beach. We paid for parking, which comes with in and out privileges. Very walkable to all the restaurants and shops.

Older facility, modernized finishings but things like air conditioner and bathroom fixtures are outdated. Parking advertised as $25, but their lot was full and we were forced to park in neighboring hotel lot for $35 and walk 8 minutes back to hotel. Expedia says "rollaway bed" is free, but they charge for that; they offer air mattresses for free but ran out of those as well. Snacks and refreshments laid out in room in a way that kids could easily open them up and trigger the room service charge. On the plus side, staff was very courteous and eager to help. They also helped us switch to a double bed room to accommodate our kids when the air beds ran out.

Convenient location to walk around Downtown Kona, close to several great restaurants and bars. Overall clean and nice amenities. We loved the coffee cart on property! Wish the ice machine was in a more convenient place. Parking was also an issue after 7pm, even with their overflow lot. Overall we would stay at Pacific19 again knowing some of the limitations.

The air conditioning was noisy, and had plastic bins to put my clothes in...instead on cabinet dresser. That was crazy...paying that much money. The hotel needs more transparency when they advertise the accommodations.
