「Lovely, well maintained hotel, pool and gardens . The staff committed , knowledgeable and friendly. Dinners in the History restaurant were without exception delicious, especially the First Class Railway Mutton Curry which was outstanding. These were preceded by a visit to the bar, over which knowledgeable barmen preside. All in all, a wonderful stay and the next door ferry was never a problem for us, indeed we think we will miss the throbbing motor which we found quite comforting. 」

「This was our first location in India and a perfect start to our vacation. We received a very warm welcome. The Hotel is near a lot of sightseeing features and the area around gives a good view in Indian live with not that much people in the beginning.
