"The property was clean and well prepared for our stay! The ability to bring our pup with us was an amazing perk and the house is well suited for pets. We had everything we needed and Lance was excellent about communication leading up to and during our stay. This lovely spot left nothing to be desired. We'll definitely be back!"

"House was perfect for the 4 of us. Manager Lance communicated very well before, during, and after our stay. Quiet neighborhood close to many KC activities. House was very comfortable and clean. Kitchen was well stocked. All 3 queen beds were comfortable. Both bathrooms had everything we needed and showers had good water pressure and had all soaps and shampoos needed. We had a nice parking spot in the back, but right in front of the house on the street was also always available."

"We came down for my Dad’s funeral. Everyone was very nice they allowed me to check in early. The little restaurant/ bar area down stairs was very nice delicious breakfast options and they had a Starbucks. The sweet girl working the register the days I went down was very nice and easy to talk too. Overall it was an excellent stay. Will definitely recommend to others and would definitely book again. "

"Location was great for us as the family we were visiting was only about a 10 minute drive into Lee’s summit. The property is peaceful and the hot tub was a nice touch."

"So, they initially put us up in their annex which was really not so pleasant. They most kindly changed our room into the main hotel and that was wonderful - I do find it odd though that after all this time they still do not have an elevator. If you can't handle the stairs, this is no place for you! Still, the folks were most kind, and they even helped us take our bags up and down the stairs. But they really do need to get the elevator up - 6 floors man! "
