"The property was clean and tidy. But on our arrival we were told we would not get full access to the property. Leaving us short of some beds. Even though we had 18 guests staying, This caused lots of problems with sleeping arrangements. I was promised a refund but still nothing!!! . There is a sauna and washing machine. You will not be allowed to use these because the sauna is locked and the owner comes down to do your washing because she won't trust anyone else to use it. Make sure you get...

"Der Urlaub war sehr schön. Die Gastgeber perfekt,man hat uns unseren Urlaub machen lassen. Wenn fragen waren,waren die Gastgeber zur Stelle, mit aller Höflichkeit und Zuvorkommend. Es waren sehr schöne 14 Tage. Mit dem Hund war es super das wir nicht durchs Haus mußte, sondern über die Terrasse. Alles in allem sehr zu Empfehlen. "Great place! Very clean and well decorated. Had everything we needed for a family of 6 including kitchen. Easy communication with host. Would definitely stay here again. If you are looking for an alpine location, this is it. Quiet location above Sautens with great views and balconies to relax and drink coffee. Thanks for the family memories. "

"Large apartment, very clean, new bathrooms, kitchen dated in our apartment, disappointed that cleaning fee of 25 Euro pppw was applied to all persons including children in our party aged 11,12,13 as this significantly increased expected cost by 150 euros for the week. "We hebben genoten van ons weekend weg. We werden hartelijk ontvangen door onze gastvrouw. Het appartement bleek erg ruim en schoon te zijn. Badkamer was ruim en modern. Slaapkamer was ruim met een heerlijk balkon met uitzicht over de bergen. Woongedeelte met keuken was wat aan de kleine kant, maar nog steeds ruim genoeg voor 2 personen. Ook de bank zat heerlijk! Keuken hebben we weinig gebruikt, maar was modern en voldoende ingericht."
