Worst stay, i had to ask to switch room the first day i checked in because the shower didn't work, carpet was very dirty with big stains, the desk chair had big stains everywhere curtains were dirty and ripped in a lot of areas. When i asked to swithch rooms the lady at the front desk was very unprofessional had attitude. She finally gave another room it was a little better but i will never stay here ever again.

Well I reserved a room with 2 queen beds and they gave us 2 doubles. They did this to a couple other couples that were there for the same event as us. They had no towels for the pool. Told us there was nothing they could do they didn’t have them and people steal them. The lounge was closed. And the shower was cold in the morning… oh and there are stains all over the chairs the floors and black mold on the ceiling. Horrible experience and we will not be returning.

Property is outdated. Full beds in a room which could clearly hold queen beds. For the amount we paid I would have expected a higher quality hotel. I bet it was a beauty in its day. Breakfast was great.

We had to be moved to 3 different rooms due to noise and inefficient air conditioning units. Mold in bathrooms. Fruit Loops in a bowl stuck under one of the beds. No lamp shades in the first room. Holes in the curtains. Terrible experience. We will never stay at a Red Lion again and are letting everyone know what a horrible experience we had. And to think that we actually paid to stay there.

I’m generally loyal to the Red Lion brand and have stayed at this one ssveral times over the years. It appears that current owners are just letting it go. The furniture is dated and broken in the rooms, the decor has not been updated since I first stayed there about 15 years ago.
